Starting his career off in 2007, Greg worked for a prestigious Retail Brand firm, Pompei A.D. developing retail store designs, utilizing the firms philosophy; Commerce, Culture and Community. This approach puts the brands customer as the main focus, determining the overarching values of the current consumer market and placing an emphasis on the community at large by creating places outside of your home and workplace for people to interact. Building his experience on the Anthropologie Store Design team as Senior Project Manger, lead to new store concepts for successful brands like; Starbucks, The Art of Shaving, M&M's World, Terrain by Urban Outfitters, C Wonder, Capital One Banking, and many more.
After 6 years of experience, Greg joined Marc Thorpe Design as the lead Project Manager developing Experiential Designs for Under Armour, IBM, Acqua di Parma, Franke Kitchen Systems and Mercedes Benz. Each of these projects would help shape the new +30,000 sf members club for the Classic Car Club of Manhattan, where we developed the Programing, Feasibility Studies and Brand Identity into a holistic Hospitality Design Concept due to open at the beginning of 2018.
Over the course of working 11 years, Greg had the opportunity to work for Limited Brands as a Senior Designer for their Flagship store with Victoria's Secret. While there, Greg developed new key components of the VS Brand Identity, including Grand Stair Design, Fixture Design for International Roll-Out, Experiential Video Integration, Custom Chandelier Designs, and Interior Architectural Elements that help define the VS brand worldwide.
Additional notable work with Highview Creations, a Green Roof Company located in NYC, Greg produced various designs for Green Roofs, Courtyards, Roof Terraces and a children's Playscape. Here, Greg worked with HVC to develop a kit-of-parts system to help streamline an approach for rooftop planting, as well as one of a kind designs that create a welcoming escape for the urban streets to inviting, green sanctuaries.
