Collaborating with Wired International, a Real Estate Development Company based in NYC, conceptual business would be designed in vacant locations to help prospective tenants visual the potential of the space. At this Washington Ave location in Tribeca, a Co-Working Office Space was developed for one client and a Yoga Studio for another.

Residential Massing Concept - Pushing the building envelope to the full extent of the setback restrictions, the house living quarters are brought to the front and top portions of the property in order to preserve views to the ocean across the street, while the private sleeping quarters retreat down the slope of the property into the rear of the site. The play of building blocks as they settle into the slope of the property are also reflected in the interior of the space, creating varying levels of living space. The front courtyard becomes an extension of the living room, offering privacy from the street while also being readily accessible to neighbors invited over.
